We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to our liquidation sale, we are unable to offer free returns. If you wish to return an item, you may do so at your own cost.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
